Website inquiry privacy
The website collects only the information needed to understand and respond to a service request, then sends it by email without creating a website CRM record.
What the forms collect
Placement and consulting forms collect contact details and high-level situational answers. They are not designed for diagnoses, medical records, Social Security numbers, policy numbers, or detailed financial documents.
Care Compass submissions
The Care Compass collects broad, non-diagnostic planning answers about timing, daily support, general resources, and benefits topics. Sending is optional and requires a name plus an email or phone. It does not request diagnoses, records, policy numbers, or account numbers.
Care Compass answers do not appear in website URLs and are not stored in a website CRM. The server validates the submission and recomputes the starting recommendation before email delivery.
How a submission is delivered
The server validates a submission and uses Resend as an email delivery processor to notify Ruskin Senior Services. The website does not send the payload to communities, analytics, Sanity, or the GTM37 Agent Platform.
Website analytics
The website uses Google Analytics to understand page visits and site use, and loads it only after you choose Accept all on the cookie notice. Analytics is kept separate from service inquiries: the website does not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, form answers, care details, budgets, notes, or other open-ended text to Google Analytics.
The Cookies page lists each cookie the website can set and explains how to change your choice at any time.
Operational records
Delivery failures may be logged with a correlation identifier and error category. The website is designed not to log the full inquiry payload.
Choose the next step that fits your situation.
Placement and paid consulting remain separate paths, so you can begin with the guidance that fits the decision in front of you.
